Help arrived here on the scene forty nine (yes,as in 49er) minutes ago this Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. in the form of a Missoula-based contract Forest Service crew of 10, highlighted by pre-law student Elizabeth, shown below in her forest service finest yellow.
The crew is a welcome sight, was immediately greeted by a miraculously quickly appearing platter of sandwiches and drinks (as only Kathy can do) and is now hard at work trimming and cutting about the yard that which Tyler and I didn't get to.
As expected, we are now in a full fire prevention mode now, and, frankly, what a welcome group our newest Missoula friends, indeed, are.

p.s. We are now experiencing intermittent email and dsl access here in Firesville, so if the reports are more sporatic that is more than likely the cause.
